The information that we gather is the minimum necessary for proceeding with the reservation, to confirm the reservation and to send the voucher, and in order to resolve any possible problems concerning the stay reserved. Thus the only information gathered are the name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail. The user has the option of activating a personal account in order to not re-insert the same personal data each time a new reservation is made. All the data presented in our site is managed in terms of international regulations regarding privacy. They cannot be given out to others in any form, and they remain exclusively in our archive, which is inaccessible and fully protected against the risk of external intrusions. The user's credit card, needed to complete the reservation, is managed by a protected server that codifies the credit card number and decodes it in a form that cannot be used (SSL cryptographic system with 128 bit key). This is internationally recognized as absolutely safe and un-attackable. The certificate for digital cryptography is released by Verisign, which is an autonomous entity guaranteeing safe transactions over the Internet.
