CANCELLING RESERVATION To cancel a reservation, turn to the site www.chinahotels.org and click on the button MY ACCOUNT, then click on the screen where you see RESERVED HOTEL. From here, by inserting the reservation code and your e-mail, you can see your reservation at the button CANCEL RESERVATION. Clicking here, above the reservation, you can cancel. This will then be confirmed with you via e-mail. How to cancel if you are already travelling If you are already travelling and want to cancel a reservation but don't have the possibility of connecting to internet, you can also send a fax to this number: 00390583418529. If you cannot send a fax, send an e-mail to the following address: reservation@chinesehotels.org . In either case it is a good idea to also inform the hotel, using the telephone and fax numbers indicated in the voucher. Time limit for cancelling Hotels usually have a limit of time for cancelling. In our case if you want to proceed with the cancellation, you need to do so at least 5 days before the date of arrival at the hotel. In this case there will be no charge. The deadlines for cancellation are also clearly indicated in the voucher to be presented to the hotel. Penalty for late cancellation If the cancellation does not arrive within the time permitted, the customer will be charged a penalty, normally amounting the cost of the first night. During high season, the penalty can be as much as 50% of the stay.
