In the south of Sichuan Province in China, it is located Leshan, a prefecture level city with a population of over 3,5 million people. Leshan is famous for tourists destination resort and known as the most beautiful landscapes in Sichuan. There are two main attractions that a lot people visit and that must see if you go in Sichuan. The Mt. Emei is a mountain is very imposing, mysterious and old. In 1996, the Mt. Emei, together with the Leshan Giant Buddha or Sleeping Giant Buddha, has been listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Leshan Giant Buddha, the most famous attraction in Leshan is very beautiful and a lot of people visit it every year. The statue is placed in front of Mt. Emei, with rivers flowing at its feet. The Giant Buddha statue is renowed as the most biggest statue of buddha in the world. The weather in Leshan is very humid, beacause summer is very long and hot, while winter is short and mild.
